Dr. Aravindan Raghavan Master Black belt, International accredited Lean Six Sigma trainer, an Author, and an International Public Speaker. He is the first global business excellence working professional to get ICF-PCC Credential in the Pharma sector.
He is a B Tech Chemical Engineer with General Management from the Indian School of Business. He has trained 15000 + employees globally in Lean Six sigma areas and also has 2000+ professional coaching hours experience in the areas of individual leadership and organizational excellence
His 30+ years of experience in the Petrochemical, Pharma sectors makes him an expert in managing Global Operational Excellence, Supply chain management in Big Pharma companies at the corporate level. He also worked in areas of Business Strategy, Operations, Supply chain transformation, Organization Transformation, and Deployment of Shop Floor Excellence globally engaging all employees. Last 15 years as a corporate business excellence leader worked closely with CEO &COO to bring organization transformation to achieve P&L bottom- line impact @ more than 25 Million USD.
Aravindan was associated with Reliance Industries, Jubilant, Piramal group, Aurobindo pharma Dr.Reddys and – Syngene international for spearheading their efficiency and effectiveness initiatives to transform as a world-class service organization. He is expert in setting up group level center of excellence and driving organization excellence and transformational initiatives. Currently deploys excellence with complete integration of Digital-Pharma 4.0 strategy and complete understanding of Data Science, AI, ML, and analytics projects
He has won a lot of national awards and recognitions for his contributions to the pharma industry in the field of excellence and organizational transformations. Recently he was honored by the Indian achiever’s forum as the ‘’Man of Excellence award’’ 2020 for his contribution to the pharma sector and nation-building in the field of excellence. Recently won India Pharma Awards 2021 for Syngene International in the Operational Excellence category and in Aug 2022 ‘Brandon Hall Group bronze award’ for excellence in the ‘Best Advance in Compliance Training’ category for innovative module design and 100% coverage of employee.
Aravindan’s vision is to touch and influence the lives of at least 10000 people every year and have touched 40000 professionals till date. He helps in areas of excellence and leadership. He co-authored a chapter in the COACH WISDOM – II book sharing his life context of ‘’ Self-cull caring ‘’ and success story as an leadership excellence coach.
